Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: A combination of order verification, tailoring, quality checking is executed before all orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturers process the orders, which takes a period for completion according earliest possible which we will inform you.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders, after processing and leaving the warehouse, usually take between 7-10 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. International delivery usually takes about 7-14 business days or otherwise we will inform.
We will always keep you up to date on your order status so you never have to worry!
You may return an item for a refund (not including shipping charges) 15 calendar days from the date of your order. If you have yet to receive your order and wish to cancel, or wish to process and return, or exchange we’re here to help at: email@example.com. If it’s possible under our Terms, we shall give you instructions for sending the item back by email.
To complete your return, we require the original receipt or an acceptable proof of purchase. Please do not send your item back to our warehouse before contacting us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If you have already received your order and it is damaged in any way, then please Contact Us Immediately. If you reach us within 30 days of your order we will send you a replacement free of charge, but if it is beyond 30 days the product is no longer covered by our courtesy grace period.
