You may return an item for a refund (not including shipping charges) 15 calendar days from the date of your order. If you have yet to receive your order and wish to cancel, or wish to process and return, or exchange we’re here to help at: firstname.lastname@example.org. If it’s possible under our Terms, we shall give you instructions for sending the item back by email.
To complete your return, we require the original receipt or an acceptable proof of purchase. Please do not send your item back to our warehouse before contacting us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If you have already received your order and it is damaged in any way, then please Contact Us Immediately. If you reach us within 30 days of your order we will send you a replacement free of charge, but if it is beyond 30 days the product is no longer covered by our courtesy grace period. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within a 30 calendar day period unless an extended warranty was selected at the time of purchase. Warranties are not eligible for refunds, only replacements. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to the address that is provided to you by our email response.
Custom, purpose made, and bespoke items sales are final no returns, or exchanges are possible.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved (at our sole discretion), then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first wait, then check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address that our support team sends you, if applicable. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an order over $500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and take no responsibility for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Items below $500 USD cannot be returned, or refunded.
For Delivery you may appoint a person to pick up the items from our head office in writing and they are entitled to do all the export and legal rules as per our law in U.A.E or the country of Origin and Country of Destination.
Third-Party Jewelry Appraisals
Jewelry appraisals will only be accepted from reputable and qualified jewelers, assessing the replacement value of the item in writing.
